Event Set-up & Breakdown Services

For clients who need partial assistance or custom support beyond our standard service packages, we offer professional on-site setup and breakdown services.

This option is ideal for:

  • Events requiring limited table or chair arrangement
  • Coordinators needing additional labor support
  • Custom layouts or time-sensitive venue requirements
  • Supplemental breakdown assistance after an event

Setup and breakdown services are billed at $85 per crew member, per hour, minimum 2 labor hours ($170.) Final labor time is determined based on order size, layout complexity, and venue access.
